How do I know you are right for us?

Not sure if consulting or our firm will help you resolve the issues you are concerned about? We can spend an hour with you to see if you like us and we like you, no fees involved.


What would be our first steps?

We would do a discovery session with you. We spend a half to a whole day getting to know your senior management, asking questions, reviewing business activities and results. We then return with a ‘health check’ report suggesting what is working well, what could use some attention and where your best opportunities for profit, market and operations improvement lie. You can decide from there if you like what you hear and if you want to work further. We’ll develop a game plan with you to take action together. At the least, you will benefit from knowing how your company shapes up and get some ideas for future growth.


Have you worked with companies like ours?

Quite possibly. What we find is that companies in growth mode share common issues with respect to marketing, operations, communications, leadership, management and profitability. No matter what the industry a company operates in, every company has to make something useful, sell it to a market that wants it and then account for the sale. The system you developed that manages all that is what we focus on.
If I want to well my company why do I need help?

You might not need any help from us. Ask us for our “Are you ready to sell” checklist. We will do a Discovery Session with you and together we’ll find out i whether you’re ready for the biggest moment of you and your company’s life. If your company has revenues greater than $8-$10 million you will want help to shape and facilitate the selling transaction. There is no multiple listing service for businesses for sale. We can introduce you to an investment banker that meets your needs.


What’s the biggest challenge working with a consulting firm?

Two things: One, you have to be willing to change. Two, you and your management team have to put the time in to learn how to do things differently. We work with you on the change issues while simultaneously working on the business issues so your work still gets done.
