Rob McGregor – Biography

As Chief Operations Officer, and President it’s Rob’s job to manage our engagements, ensure our clients get what they need, when they need it, take care of our valued associates and improve our own systems and processes.

Rob is a senior management consultant and co-developer of the Smart Team Toolbox which is what we use to help people to learn how to change how they think, lead and manage.

Rob’s career has been devoted to helping people grow as leaders, managers and followers.

As a former budget officer for the Government of Saskatchewan he grew this provincial ministry and then downsized it. He understands that financial management is critical to growth and most importantly, that leading growth means becoming a master at motivating and dealing with people.

Rob has served the military and health care institutions as a Chaplain, taught and coached conflict resolution at the Justice Institute of BC and led leadership teams on numerous strategy sessions on how to motivate teams and get people out of sticky situations.

He holds a Bachelor of Psychology degree of the University of Saskatchewan, a Masters in Divinity and a Certificate in Conflict Resolution.

What’s Rob Been Doing Lately:

  • Wrote and submitted a paper that was accepted by the Gallup Leadership Institute for acceptance at the 2006 Washington DC Summit on Leadership.

  • Followership Intelligence: Leading so Others Can Follow, was selected by the Gallup Leadership Institute and the University of Nebraska to be one of their international research projects.

  • Co-authored a paper on Followership Intelligence which will be published in the summer of 2008 by a leading academic journa
